Both need screens. The Dell had a vinyl cover on it which was took off so thats why the back looks like that. I was gonna order another cover but the screen is out of my range right now. The HP screen as well. And the bios is still locked even after trying to reset the cmos but it will still load windows in UEFI.
Based on the HP s/n 5CG0264SY2, its a i5 10gen. I just checked. Both are sold as is used.
